My
Bestie:
Emily Emily
and
I
have
been
the
best
of
friends
for
as
long
as
I
can
remember.
It's
hard
to
believe
that
we've
been
buddies
for
over
20
years
now!
We
met
in
high
school
and
quickly
hit
it
off.
We
had
so
much
in
common:
we
both
loved
music,
fashion,
and
all
things
girly. Emily
is
definitely
one
of
the
most
caring
and
supportive
people
I've
ever
known.
Whenever
I
need
someone
to
lean
on
or
a
shoulder
to
cry
on,
she's
always
there
for
me.
And
vice
versa.
We've
been
through
so
much
together
over
the
years
-
break-ups,
make-ups,
job
changes,
and
family
tragedies.
But
through
it
all,
we've
leaned
on
each
other
for
support. One
of
my
favorite
memories
with
Emily
was
when
we
went
on
a
road
trip
a
few
years
ago.
We
drove
up
the
California
coast,
stopping
in
little
towns
and
big
cities
along
the
way.
It
was
so
much
fun
to
explore
new
places
and
try
new
things
with
my
bestie
by
my
side.
We
laughed
until
we
cried
and
sang
along
to
the
radio
at
the
top
of
our
lungs. Now
that
Emily
and
I
are
both
married
with
kids,
it's
harder
to
see
each
other
as
often
as
we'd
like.
But
we
still
make
the
effort
to
stay
connected.
We
text
daily,
and
try
to
plan
a
girls'
night
out
every
few
months.
It's
not
the
same
as
spending
all
day
together
like
we
used

to
have
someone
who
knows
you
inside
and
out. I
feel
so
thankful
to
have
Emily
in
my
life.
She's
not
just
my
bestie
-
she's
like

sister

I
truly
don't
know
where
I'd
be
without
her.
