but
one
thing
that
I
have
fallen
in
love
with
is
Chinese
food!
The
rich
and
diverse
flavors
of
Chinese
dishes
never
fail
to
make
my
taste
buds
dance
with
joy. One
of
my
all-time
favorite
Chinese
dishes
is
Peking
duck.
The
crispy
skin,
tender
meat,
and
savory
flavor
of
the
duck
coupled
with
the
refreshing
crunch
of
cucumbers
and
scallions
wrapped
in
a
thin
pancake
is
simply
irresistible.
Another
dish
that
I
enjoy
is
mapo
tofu,
a
spicy
and
numbing
tofu
dish
that
originated
from
Sichuan
Province.
The
combination
of
soft
silky
tofu
with
the
tingling
sensation
of
Sichuan
peppercorn
and
aromatic
chili
oil
make
this
dish
unforgettable. Another
beloved
dish
of
mine
is
Xiaolongbao,
a
type
of
steamed
dumpling
filled
with
pork
and
soup.
The
soft
dumpling
skin
combined
with
the
savory
soup
bursting
in
your
mouth
is
a
sensation
that
I
find
hard
to
resist.
When
it
comes
to
a
more
hearty
meal,
I
love
eating
Chinese-style
hot
pot.
A
massive
pot
of
boiling
broth
filled
with
different
kinds
of
vegetables,
meats,
and
seafood
is
placed
in
the
center
of
the
table.
Diners
then
pick
items
to
cook
in
the
broth
as
they
please,
creating
a
satisfying
meal
shared
with
loved
ones. Lastly,
I
cannot
forget
the
famous
Chinese
dim
sum,
featuring
an
assortment
of
bite-sized
savory
and
sweet
dishes.
From
steamed
shrimp
dumplings
to
egg
tarts
and
BBQ
pork
buns,
dim
sum
offers
an
array
of
options
that
never
disappoint. I
may
not
be
a
Chinese
native,
but
my
love
for
Chinese
cuisine
knows
no
bounds.
It
is
a
taste
that
I
look
forward
to
savoring
again
and
again.
